Zkon Terms of Service

Important: These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zkon mobile application and services. By accessing or using Zkon, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. User Agreement

Zkon is a social media platform designed to help people connect and share content. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Zkon. However, by posting content, you grant Zkon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and providing the service.

Zkon Intellectual Property

The Zkon name, logo, software, and original content are the exclusive property of Zkon and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the application without express written consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Zkon a safe and positive environment, you agree not to:

Post illegal, harassing, hateful, or harmful content.
Violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Engage in automated scraping or spamming other users.
Attempt to breach the security or integrity of the platform.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zkon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Zkon be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms within the app. Your continued use of Zkon after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
