1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Zkonnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile information up to date. You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zkonnect only for lawful purposes. You may not: post false or misleading information, harass or threaten other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, scrape or crawl the platform without permission, or use the AI features to generate harmful content.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Zkonnect including profile information, resumes, messages, and reviews. By posting content, you grant Zkonnect a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform to provide our services.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Restaurant Orders
Zkonnect facilitates ordering between customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of food orders. Disputes regarding orders should be resolved directly with the restaurant. Payment for orders is final once submitted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zkonnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
